I went to LC last weekend and it was great. This month was about working in groups and teams ** Pause for a slight interruption**
Jason says hi to everyone, he doesn't understand having a blog and says no one my age should have one. But I like writing about my life - its nice to reflect on the week and not let time just go by without realizing time is moving. Its great to appreciate all I have and all I do.
Anyway - back to LC. It was a beautiful two days the weather was perfect and we were at the Dover campus on Saturday, there was some fantastic scenery - see pic below :)
I talked to Heather while I was on break at class... its still amazing to me sometimes when I think she has four kids :)
I have another paper due next month - there will be one due each session. It has been so long since I wrote a paper like that I forgot how to do it. I was so worried about being what I thought the professors were looking for that I forgot how to be myself. I ended up trashing the last paper and starting over just being me. I will let you know what kind of grade I get.
This past weekend I went to a wedding in Kingston - it was soooo fun! A woman I used to work with Sonya got married. She was beautiful and the weather was just perfect. We had a great table and It was nice to see some of my pals from work outside of the office. Joey stayed at grammie and grampies - so I could work off my hangover on Sunday. I will add a pic later after I download the pics sooo funny. There was such a fun time dancing with Tracy.... she is so much fun and I miss her in the office. She had a baby a few months ago and is not coming back. We danced to "Thriller" it was super funny and we were being total goofs, but it was a great time. I don't do that often enough - Just be goofy and relax. I am always worried about something or someone - it was really nice to just enjoy the night and not be focused on anything.
So the night started with me not knowing what I wanted to drink - so I told the bartender to make me something. Whatever he made was really good.... so I said I want more what was it called.... .get this he says "Sex with a bartender" hehehehe. We had lots of fun with that all night. Tracey was drinking it too and it was fun to have the men at the table go up and order them for us. We are so fresh. I think I had about 7... probably a good think I don't know what was in there.

Scotty is coming home in a few weeks, he cant get home for Thanksgiving, and probably not Christmas :( He has a new girlfriend.... he said that God is playing games with him because he really likes her and her name is ... wait .... Jackie! hahaha Too funny!!
I am sure there is more to write - but its getting late, work is busy but good, home is busy but good, and I am tired as usual.
Oh yes - we got some really good news last week too. Jonathan does not need to have a shunt like they thought he might :) They said they will see him next year!!! Everyone is so relieved. God is taking care of us even when we forget he is there.
My dad starts his treatment in a few weeks and we are hopeful and positive things will go well for him. For anyone who doesn't know my dad was diagnosed with Bladder cancer a few months ago. He has had one round of chemotherapy. Had a few other issues and is back for some more. He is a strong man and I love him more than words can say. So keep us all in your thoughts and prayers.... we can all use a little extra help.
